Shipping & Delivery Policy

Overview

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Our shipping options and times depend on product availability and your location. We’re committed to fast, transparent delivery and will keep you updated at every step.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days (most metro areas)
  • Outlying areas: 4–8 business days
  • If an item is on backorder we will notify you with an expected ship date within 24 hours of your order.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate: R99 per order.
  • Free delivery for orders over R2,000.
  • Special oversized item shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking: When your order ships, we’ll email/SMS a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Same-day or Express Delivery

We offer express delivery for select metro areas and products. If available, you’ll see the option during checkout and the estimated delivery time before you pay.

International Delivery

At present, we only deliver within South Africa. International shipping may be added in the future.

Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet the delivery windows above, delays can occur due to courier constraints, public holidays, or supply issues. If a delay affects your order we will notify you and suggest next steps (refund, wait, or replacement).
