Our Promise

If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Returns are simple when items are unused and in original condition.

Return Window

• You have 7 days from delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
• Products must be unused, have original tags, and packaging intact.

How to Start a Return

1. Email returns@tengamore.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send a return authorization and instructions within 24 hours.
3. Ship the item using the courier of your choice or request a pickup if eligible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

• Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping cost.
• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Tengamore covers return shipping.

Exchanges

We’ll gladly exchange sizes or colors if stock allows. Request an exchange by emailing returns@tengamore.com.
