Delivery times vary based on your location. Typically, it takes 2-5 business days for major cities and up to 7 business days for outlying areas. You will receive a more accurate estimate at checkout.

Shipping is free for orders over R500. For orders under R500, a flat rate of R60 applies for standard shipping anywhere in South Africa.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to track your package in real-time.

To start a return, log into your account, go to your order history, select the order, and click the "Request Return" button. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once the order is processed for shipping.
